Jamboree 2010 SCOUT

Travel time 30

by bus from Washington, D.C., to Fort A.P. Hill, Va., gives many Scouts like Nathan

Null plenty of opportunities to take in the scenery. But arrival means work, so Tim Webb and Dan Kepple make the campsite livable (see an aerial view on Page 31), while Dan Browder, who’s also seen on Page 29, fin- ishes up the elaborate gateway that he designed and built. After the set-up, leader Dave Coe adds a patch to his uniform with needle and thread. (Page 28: Egyptian Scouts unfurl their flag at Saturday’s arena show.)
