COUNTDOWN TO JAMBOREE LET’S GET PHYSICALS

As you count down the days until the 2013 National Scout Jamboree at the Summit Bechtel Reserve, don’t forget one vital piece of paperwork. Before the fun begins, each Scout and Scouter must have an approved medical form on file. “The jamboree medical form is one of the keys to

a stress-free check-in process,” says Lonnah Curry, jamboree registrar. “Applicants can access their per- sonalized jamboree medical form from their Summit account at bsajamboree.org.” Medical forms are due no later than tax day:

April 15. Be sure to make a copy for your records before mailing the completed medical form to Boy Scouts of America, Event Registration, P.O. Box 152010, Irving, TX 75015. Mark your envelope “PERSONAL & CONFIDENTIAL.”
